Met Jeff Shipley for appraisal. Drove 1.5 hours because of need to expedite appraisal, discussed urgency with Shipley. He represented would have appraisal quickly. Almost one week later and his office informed me he has not even started the work. Very disappointed with Shipley's lack of service and negative impact on my ability to close financing. Strongly recommend not using Shipley Appraisals, Inc.
