This gentleman should be a title agent or real estate attorney. He goes way out of the box in regards to appraising property. His job is to determine "value" not his "speculative opinions" of the chain of title and he will post his comments on the appraisal which can create problems. He found out his speculations were wrong on my appraisal and trying to get him to fix it was a nightmare. He is very difficult to work with and has a very big ego when he finds out he is wrong. Piece of advice Mr Almond stick to value not title. Go to law school if you want to spout out Georgia law.
